Terms of Service
Pluttoz is operated by Kevin Meda ("Pluttoz", "we", "us"), based in Mexico. These Terms govern your use of the Pluttoz mobile app. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. What Pluttoz is
Pluttoz shows you where to buy a product and which card or account gets you the best deal, based on the cards, accounts, and memberships you tell us you hold. Recommendations are informational only. Pluttoz is not a bank, lender, or financial advisor, and nothing in the app is financial advice.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Pluttoz. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of what you tell us about your cards and spending — the app's recommendations are only as good as that information.
3. Free and Gold
Pluttoz has a free tier and a paid "Gold" subscription with extra features. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until cancelled, and are subject to the store's own terms. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
4. Offers and deals shown in the app
We do our best to keep offer information accurate and current, but merchants and banks change their promotions without telling us. Always confirm an offer's terms at checkout before relying on it. Any total savings shown in the app is an estimate, not a guarantee.
5. Submitting offers or other content
If you submit a coupon, offer, or screenshot to Pluttoz, you're giving us permission to review and use it to improve the app's offer catalog. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, or anything false or misleading.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Pluttoz — no scraping, reverse-engineering, abusing referral rewards, or trying to break the service for other users. We can suspend or close accounts that do.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Pluttoz is provided "as is." We're not liable for decisions you make based on the app's recommendations, or for offers, prices, or terms set by third-party merchants and banks that turn out to be different from what's shown.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we publish a new version, you'll be asked to accept it the next time you open the app before continuing to use Pluttoz.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
