Delete My Account

Option 1 — in the app

Open Pluttoz → Settings → Delete Account. This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.

Option 2 — without the app

Email support@pluttoz.com from the address on your Pluttoz account, with the subject line "Delete my account." We'll confirm your identity and delete the account within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Your email, password, wallet, and any personal offers are removed. Anonymous, aggregate usage data that can no longer be tied to you is kept for product analytics, as described in our Privacy Policy.
