Pluttoz

Privacy Policy

Version 1 · Effective August 6, 2026 · U.S. users (CCPA/CPRA)

This policy explains what Pluttoz collects and why. It applies to users in the United States. If you're in Mexico, see our Aviso de Privacidad instead — it covers the same app under Mexican law.

1. Who we are

Pluttoz is operated by Kevin Meda, based in Mexico.

2. What we collect

3. Why we collect it

Solely to show you personalized recommendations of where to buy and which card to use. We collect what a recommendation needs and nothing more.

4. We do not sell or share your personal information

Pluttoz does not sell or share your personal information, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

5. Who we share data with

Service providers that help us run the app: cloud hosting, push notifications, nearby-place lookups, and — for offer extraction only — an AI provider that reads submitted offer text. If you subscribe to Gold, Apple or Google handle your payment; we never see your card details. We don't sell your data to advertisers.

6. Your rights

You can access or export everything we hold about you, and you can delete your account, at any time from the app's Settings, or from our account deletion page if you no longer have the app installed. California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing (which we don't do) under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any of these rights, email support@pluttoz.com.

7. Data retention

Uploaded screenshots and forwarded emails: deleted within minutes of processing. Usage events: kept 24 months. Deleted accounts: personal data is scrubbed immediately.

8. Children

Pluttoz is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we'll ask you to accept the new version in the app before you continue using it.
